Reference Sheets

BEFORE YOU COMMISSION ME, I reserve the right to refuse any commissions, with or without reason. Communication will either be through my Discord, Twitter, or Instagram, @tiny_dargeon, and not anywhere else.TWITTER + INSTAGRAM: These applications do not support transparent PNGs. If you are commissioning an emote, or a drawing with a transparent background, be aware that these will be sent as Discord media links, as they preserve transparency.

Disclaimer

All commissions will be used as examples on the price tab and Trello, posted to my Twitter/Instagram, be shared in Discord servers, or used in my personal art portfolio/gallery. I will tag you in the posts by default, but if you wish to not be tagged let me know. If you prefer that I do not use your commission as an example, let me know prior to commissioning me.All art posted to Discord and other social medias will be watermarked to discourage art theft.

Payment Details

Payment will be via PayPal or Ko-fi. Upon payment being received, your commission will be marked as "Paid" on the Trello board.I will not start work on your commission before payment has been received. Split payments(half upfront, half after being given the sketch) are available for commissions totaling more than $100 USD.Regarding PayPal, I generally utilize either invoices or paypal.me. Keep in mind that the second option may give me access to your address. If you are uncomfortable with this, please ask me to send an invoice, and I will be more than happy to oblige.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be given before lineart has been started. This means you can request a refund at any point during the sketch phase. However, once the sketch is approved, no refund will be given.

Refund Exception

In the event I am unable to complete a commission for whatever reason, a refund will be issued. If I have made any significant progress on your commission, I will keep the amount equivalent to the work done already.

Commission Details

- Do not rush or pressure me about your commission. I do not work well under pressure, which includes progress checks. I will send progress during the sketch, line art, flat color, and shading processes when applicable.I will not communicate more than this unless requested. The majority of our communication will be during the sketch phase.

- If you have a deadline, you must commission me at least 2 months before you would like your piece to be done.
- Complex designs or overly complex commissions will be charged extra. This charge varies depending on complexity.
- You must credit me if you intend on posting my art anywhere. You may not remove my signature or watermark from any art piece. You may use my art for personal use(references, icons, banners, etc.), but not for monetary value(prints, t-shirts, stickers, etc.) without prior consent. Additional charges for commercial usage will apply.
- Any modifications to the drawing must be made during the sketch process. Once the lineart is started, I will not make any major changes to the piece.
- I will never repurpose/resell your commissions as a Non-Fungible Token(NFT). Additionally, you may not resell nor use my art as an NFT.
- You are not allowed to edit my work in any way, shape, or form without express permission. This includes use of photo editing programs or asking someone to edit the artwork for you.
- Regardless of whether it is explicitly stated or not, I expect common decency when you are working with me. Please be respectful.
